Dana C. Brittingham June 16, 1964- June 19, 2007 SMITHS STATION, ALó Dana C. Brittingham, 43, of Smiths Station, AL, died Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Summit Hospital in Phenix City, AL. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM EDT, Friday at Lakeview Memory Gardens, according to Vance Memorial Chapel in Phenix City. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Friday from 12- 2:00 PM EDT Mr. Brittingham was born June 16, 1964 in Florence, AL, son of the late Walter E. Brittingham and Jorita Clark Brittingham. He was a heavy equipment operator with a construction company. He enjoyed dirt racing at East Alabama Speedway. Mr. Brittingham was preceded in death by his wife, Tosha Tice Brittingham. He is survived by his maternal grandmother, Jewel B. Shine of Atlanta, GA.; sons, Josh Brittingham and wife Brandy of Smiths Station, AL., Jacob Brittingham of Smiths Station, AL.; stepson, Justin Meek of Ashland, AL.; sister, Susan Brittingham Carr of Phenix City, AL.; brother, Walter E. Brittingham, Jr. of Clayton, AL.; brother -in-law, Greg Hall and sister-in-law Penny Hall of Smiths Station, AL.; granddaughter, Elizabeth Meek; aunt, Frances B. Sinquefield of Phenix City, AL., aunt, Joyce and Uncle John Jones of Atlanta, GA.; nieces, Alana Hutto Oswalt and Amy Brittingham; nephews, Quinn Hall and Britt Brittingham; and many other loving family members and friends.
